Christy is an IFBB Bikini Pro and she spends her days training clients at Flex Fitness DFW and coaching online lifestyle and competition clients. She is an online coach for Bair Aesthetics, a highly esteemed and reputable company in the fitness and competition industry. Going through some personal battles, Christy turned to the gym as a means to an end for depression, past history of eating disorders, and overall self improvement.

Christy went pro in 2021 in Pittsburgh in her rookie year of competing in the NPC and was invited to compete in the first ever Masters Olympia Bikini division in Romania in 2023.

Christy is married to her best friend, E! They have a 16 year old daughter named Kennedy and two pups, Hash (Boxer) and Finley (Goldendoodle). They are big in the rave community and you will find them headbanging at the rail at festivals all over the country and world.
